The IMAGES Retail Awards (IRA), instituted in 2004, celebrate exceptional achievements across all major formats and categories of modern retail in India. They use a 360-degree evaluation process that assesses operational performance alongside key qualitative factors like innovation, customer service, supplier and employee relations, marketing initiatives, and other notable accomplishments during the review period.
The seventh edition of the PRC-hosted awards celebrated retailers, brands, campaigns, and tech innovators shaping the future of retail in fashion, food, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer sectors. They highlighted transformative initiatives—from loyalty programs and immersive store experiences to AI-driven marketing and supply chain advancements—showcasing the dynamic evolution of India’s retail landscape.

Chinese Wok’s “Chinese Bole Toh, Chinese Wok” campaign brilliantly turned everyday mispronunciations into a viral sensation. By leaning into consumer confusion, it secured the IMAGES Most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year: Digital/Social Media award in the Food Category.

The Bear House, a premium urban menswear brand, was awarded the IMAGES Most Admired Retailer of the Year: Market Expansion (For 360° Expansion) at the Phygital Retail Convention (PRC). This award recognizes the brand’s rapid transition from a digital-only label to a massive omnichannel powerhouse.


The IMAGES Most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year award in the Digital/Social Media – Fashion category celebrated the amanté Breast Cancer Awareness initiative. The campaign successfully utilized digital platforms to promote routine self-examinations, breaking stigmas around breast health with impactful, empowering messaging.
Pepe Jeans London’s “Social Discovery” campaign was awarded the prestigious IMAGES Most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year in the Fashion Category, celebrated for its high engagement and impact. The campaign successfully captured youthful audiences using highly interactive, trend-driven platforms.

Mad Over Donuts won the prestigious “Most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year” (Festival/Donut Day Category) for its highly successful integrated digital and experiential marketing campaigns.
